Florentine Rondelles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. bread crumbs
1 large onion, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook the spinach according to package directions.
Combine it with the bread crumbs, onion, cheese, herbs and spices.
Add the eggs and butter.
Mix well with your hands.
Roll into one-inch balls.
Freeze on a cookie sheet.
Pack into bags for storage. Keep frozen until ready to serve.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Complement with a cocktail.
