Cheddar Potatoes With Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 good sized potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. milk (to make creamy or soft)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 pkg. whole broccoli spears
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients together and shape into dish.
    Cook and drain 2 packages whole spear broccoli.
    Layer on top of ingredients in dish.
    Add layer of a can of French fried onions and sprinkle some more shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes or until done.
