Veg-All Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked noodles
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. flour (all-purpose)
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All mix
Preparation
    Cook the noodles until tender (about 15 minutes) in 1 1/2 quarts boiling water to which 1 1/2 teaspoons salt has been added. Lightly brown the onion in butter.
    Add the ground chuck and cook slowly until brown.
    This will take about 10 minutes.
    Blend in flour.
    Add cooked noodles.
    Add Veg-All including the liquid, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
    Pour into baking dish and bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    If you want a top on your dish you may use 1 small can of biscuits and spread them over the top, then bake.
