Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. nuts
4 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
1/3 c. water
2 c. pumpkin
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Dredge dates and nuts in flour mixture.
Beat eggs well; add cooking oil, water and pumpkin.
Mix well.
Mix dry and liquid ingredients together.
Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9 1/2 x 5 1/2 x 2 3/4-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
