Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. corn meal (self-rising)
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese (sharp)
    1 (12 oz.) can Green Giant Mexicorn
    chopped jalapeno peppers to taste
    chopped onion (large)
    16 oz. sour cream
    3 large eggs
    oil
    milk
Preparation
    Mix eggs, oil, sour cream and corn; add peppers and onion. Stir in meal gradually adding milk for desired thickness, then add cheese, mixing thoroughly.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Serve with chili or by itself.
