Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix
together
flour, cinnamon, soda, salt, carrots and pecans.
Then combine sugar, oil, pineapple, eggs and vanilla; add to first mixture.\tBake in a greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Yields 12 servings.
