Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2/3 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
ice water
4 c. diced rhubarb
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Crust:
In a bowl, put 2 cups flour, shortening and salt. Work with a fork until it looks like sand.
Add ice water, 1 tablespoon at a time until moist.
Roll 1/4-inch thick and line pie pan.
Use 1/2 for the top.
