Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 c. flour
    1 c. butter, melted
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix cheese, flour and butter; stir thoroughly.
    Add eggs. Roll as for pastry.
    Cut into 1/2 x 3-inch strips; bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
    Yields 8 dozen.
