Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
1 large onion, copped
2 pods garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. white vinegar
2 lemons, squeezed (save the rinds)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

In a heavy pot, heat the oil.
Add onions, garlic and dry mustard.
Cook until soft, but not brown.
Add remaining ingredients, including lemon rinds.
Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Discard rinds.
Pour in a jar and store in refrigerator.
