Cajun Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. cumin seed
    1 dash Tabasco
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato juice
    1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 bay leaf
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 tsp. flavor enhancer
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in a small amount of oil.
    Add ground beef and brown.
    Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 2 hours. Can be frozen.
