Seafood Casserole(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. scallops
    1 lb. small shrimp
    1/2 lb. Town House crackers
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Crush crackers; set aside 1 cup.
    Beat eggs; add to milk. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray bottom and sides of 3-quart casserole dish with Pam.
    Alternate layers of crackers and seafood.
    Pour milk and egg mixture over all.
    Top with 1 cup of crackers.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
