Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/4 green pepper, chopped fine
    2 tsp. onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    8 1/2 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. pecans, chopped fine
Preparation
    Soften and cream the cream cheese.
    Add green pepper, onion and salt and cream together.
    Squeeze juice from pineapple, then blot with paper towel.
    Add pineapple and pecans to rest of mixture.
    Form in a ball and chill about 1 hour.
    Then roll in chopped pecans.
