Peach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. apricot gelatin
    3/4 c. hot water
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice, divided
    1 1/2 c. ripe sliced peaches
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. ginger ale
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Add ginger ale and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
    Chill until slightly thickened. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons lemon juice over peaches.
    Fold peaches, celery and nuts into thickened gelatin.
    Chill until firm in 8
    or 9-inch square pan.
    Makes 9 servings.
