Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. zucchini
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1 small onion, chopped
2 firm tomatoes, diced
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Dice
medium
size zucchini.
Mix together all ingredients and
put
in casserole in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, stirring once during the baking time.
