Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup raisins
1 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs yolks, well beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation

Stew raisins till tender. Drain and add cream, sugar, flour and egg yolks.
Mix well and cook until mixture thickens.
Add nuts.
Pour into baked pie shell and cover with egg whites, beaten stiff. Bake until meringue is brown.
If you want, you can leave off meringue and use whole eggs where it calls for egg yolks. It is just as good.
