Play Doh - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
food coloring
2 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Mix water, flour, salt and oil together; add color.
Add cream of tartar.
Cook 1 to 2 minutes on low heat until it forms a ball. Remove from heat.
Knead.
Store in and airtight container.
