Tuna Vegetable Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. water
1 medium potato, diced
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1/4 c. diced carrot
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
dash of pepper
1 tsp. chives, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2/3 c. fresh or frozen corn
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 c. half and half
Preparation

In a 2-quart container, combine water, potato, onion, carrot, salt, celery salt, pepper, chives and Worcestershire sauce. Cover; microwave on High for 7 to 15 minutes, or until vegetables are just about tender.
Add corn; cover and return to microwave. Heat for 5 to 8 minutes on High, or until corn is tender.
Stir in tuna and cream.
Cover; microwave for 2 to 4 minutes, until heated through.
