Creme Brulee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 egg yolks
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    kiwi slices
    thin, unpeeled apple wedges
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 c. heavy cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
Preparation
    Cream the egg yolks with the sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan over low heat.
    Slowly stir in the cream.
    Add the cinnamon, vanilla and lemon rind.
    Simmer 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Pour into molds; cool.
    Refrigerate to set.
