Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 uncooked pie shell
6 to 8 apples, quartered
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. flour (plain)
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon.
Add melted butter and mix well.
Place apples in uncooked pie shell.
Pat flour mixture on top.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
