Stuffed Tomato With Cottage Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ripe tomatoes
    1 carton cottage cheese
    chopped chives, parsley, shredded cucumber and sliced green olives
Preparation
    Peel tomatoes and remove a 1/2-inch slice from the top. Remove seeds and pulp from inside tomato.
    Sprinkle with salt. Turn upside down and allow to chill about an hour before serving.
