Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops
3 c. sliced potatoes
1 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 medium onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation

Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Brown on both sides in a skillet.
Pour soup over vegetables.
Remove fat from skillet and add water to rinse and scrape particles from bottom of skillet.
Pour this over vegetables.
Sprinkle with thyme.
Place pork chops on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
