Elegant Steak And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 jars sliced mushrooms
    1 round steak
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    3 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 large onion
    2 c. cooked Minute rice
Preparation
    Trim fat from steak.
    Cut into strips.
    Put vegetable oil in frying pan and cook strips of steak over medium heat until done. Mix garlic salt, cream of mushroom soup and juice from mushrooms in large bowl (makes gravy-like sauce).
    When steak strips are done, pour sauce on them.
    Cut onion in 1/4-inch rings and lay on top of sauce.
    Pour mushrooms on top.
    Cover and let simmer until ready to eat.
    Serve on a bed of rice.
