Sour Cream Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Combine butter and sour cream; mix until smooth.
Gradually stir in flour.
Stir until blended.
Spoon batter into a 1 3/4-inch muffin pan, filling each with 1 tablespoon of batter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Yields 3 dozen.
