Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    1/4 c. flour
    3 eggs
    1 c. cream-style corn
    2/3 c. oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small hot pepper, chopped
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix well. Pour in well-greased skillet or muffin tins (makes 24). Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
