Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Ground Chuck
    1 c. Tomato Juice
    3/4 c. Oats (uncooked)
    2 Eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. chopped Onion
    2 tsp. Salt
    1/4 tsp. Pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Press firmly into ungreased 8x4x2 meatloaf pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees about one hour.
    Let stand five minutes before slicing.
