Toffee Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (1 c.)
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 (11 oz.) ready to serve pound cake or small loaf homemade pound cake
    2 (1 1/8 oz.) English toffee candy bars, crushed
Preparation
    Heat chocolate pieces until melted, stirring often.
    Stir in sour cream until smooth.
    Cut cake in half, horizontally.
    Spread with 1/3 of frosting; sprinkle with 1/3 of crushed candy.
    Top with second layer.
    Frost cake; sprinkle candy on top.
    Serves 8 (380 calories per serving).
