Quick Broccoli Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. corn oil
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed
3 large cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
dash of ground red pepper
1 lb. cooked fettuccini
Preparation

Heat oil over medium heat.
Add broccoli and garlic; saute 3 to 4 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
Stir in water, bouillon cubes and red pepper.
Cook 2 minutes or until bouillon cubes are dissolved.
Add pasta and toss to coat.
