Blonde Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 Tbsp. water
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Mix oil, eggs, water, and vanilla.
    Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
    Fold in chocolate chips.
    Bake in a 9 x 13 pan at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
