Fried Artichoke Fritters(Fried Noekkelost) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, well drained
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with chives, softened
    2 1/2 c. shredded Noekkelost cheese or Caraway cheese (10 oz.)
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    cooking oil (for deep frying)
Preparation
    Cut artichokes into quarters.
    In small mixer bowl, beat cheeses with an electric mixer on medium speed until well combined. Mold about 1 tablespoon cheese mixture around each artichoke heart. Cover and chill 1 hour.
