Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Blend in flour and seasonings.
    Add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add 1 cup of the cheese and stir until cheese melts.
    Cook macaroni as directed. Combine with sauce in a baking dish.
    Top with remaining cheese and buttered bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle lightly with paprika and bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 6.
