Meatballs(6 Dozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    liquid garlic to taste
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    1 bottle Heinz hot ketchup
    1 bottle Brooks tangy ketchup
    1 small jar apple jelly
Preparation
    Mix
    the first 6 ingredients well.
    Roll mixture into balls and brown in skillet thoroughly on all sides.
    As they brown, mix separately in a saucepan two 14 ounce bottles of hot ketchup.
    One should be Heinz hot ketchup and the other one Brooks tangy ketchup.
    Add to this one small jar of apple jelly.
    Simmer.
    Add meatballs to the sauce and serve.
