Green Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    6 c. chicken broth
    1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    pepper
    1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Boil in broth until very tender.
    Cook sausage in skillet; drain and cut into slices. Mash or blend potatoes and broth.
    Heat to boiling and add spinach and cook until wilted.
    Add sausage, pepper and cream.
    Serve immediately.
