Raisin Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 c. raisins
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place all ingredients in medium saucepan.
Stir constantly until it comes to a boil.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 cup chopped pecans.
Pour into baked pie shell or tarts.
Cool, chill and serve with whipped cream.
