Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. light Karo syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
    6 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Melt butter, stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil without stirring for 5 more minutes.
    Remove from heat, stir in soda and vanilla.
    Gradually pour over popped corn; mix well.
    Bake in a large roaster for 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    Remove and break.
