Easy Crunchy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up and skinned
    1 pkg. crackers (Ritz, saltine or cheese)
    2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a big Ziploc bag.
    Roll the bag with a rolling pin until crumbs are made.
    Wet chicken pieces with water and shake in the bag.
    Lay pieces in a casserole dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
