Microwave Honey Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium carrots, sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 Tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine carrots, salt and water in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Microwave at full power 7 to 8 minutes or until tender, stirring once.
Let stand.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Microwave at full power 45 to 60 seconds or until clear, thick and bubbly, stirring once.
Drain carrots.
Pour glaze over and toss.
