Boolkoki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. water
    3 cloves garlic, pressed and chopped
    1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
    pepper
    1 lb. tenderloin beef, thinly sliced
    1/2 medium onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, sugar, water, garlic, green onion and pepper in a large baking dish.
    Add beef and onion to marinade and let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
    Add sesame oil to marinated beef mix and mix well.
    Cook on power 8 for 6 to 7 minutes or until meat loses its pink color.
    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
