Funnel Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1 1/3 c. sifted flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Beat the egg and stir in milk.
In other bowl, sift flour. Add sugar, salt and baking powder.
Add this to milk mixture. Heat grease in electric skillet to 375\u00b0; turn once.
Let drain on paper towel and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
