Cabbage Tamales - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cabbage
    2 c. rice
    1/2 c. celery
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 medium onion
    2 tsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Cut the core out of the cabbage and put it in a large pot. Cover with boiling water.
    Place a tight-fitting lid and let it set.
