Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped nuts
    1 medium size can crushed pineapple (add juice)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except egg whites. Blend well. Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold into batter.
    Place cake in cold oven. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Bake in a tube pan.
