Cinnamon Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
4 c. pecans
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Beat egg white until stiff.
Mix in pecans.
Mix sugar and cinnamon.
Pour over pecans.
Mix and spread in a greased pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
