Five Cup Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
    1 can sliced pears, drained and cut into chunks
    2 cans pineapple tidbits, drained
    1/3 c. coconut
    1 1/3 c. sour cream
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
    4 lb. potatoes (all-purpose), peeled
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 tsp. whole celery seed
    1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    6 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine potatoes with just enough water to cover and salt. Cook until tender; drain and cool completely.
