Homemade Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. fatty beef cubes
    5 beef bouillon cubes
    1 large can tomato juice
    1 large can whole tomatoes, cut up
    3 to 4 medium potatoes, cut up
    2 medium onions, cut up
    2 celery stalks, cut up
    2 large carrots, cut up
    1 box frozen peas
    1 box frozen baby lima beans
    1 can green beans
    1 can corn
    1 can Great Northern beans
Preparation
    In a very large pot, add beef and beef cubes to one half pot of water.
    Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until meat is tender.
    Add water as needed.
    When meat is tender, add onions, celery, carrots and tomatoes.
    Cook 1 hour.
    Add water, if needed.
    After 1 hour, add tomato juice, potatoes and rest of vegetables.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Cook until done.
    Feeds a large family.
