3 to 4 oz. teriyaki marinade
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
4 to 5 green onions, sliced
1 c. water chestnuts, thinly sliced
    1 pkg. frozen snow peas
3 thin slices fresh ginger root or 1 tsp. powdered ginger
    1 tsp. salt

    1 1/2 c. beef broth
    chopped parsley
Preparation
Sprinkle the sliced beef with the marinade and allow it to marinate a half-hour or so.
Saute the beef and mushrooms in oil until mushrooms are soft and beef has lost its pink color.
    Add onions and saute briefly.
Add chestnuts, peas, ginger and salt. Stir to combine.
Combine soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch and some of the beef broth.
    Mix well.
Add to the meat mixture, then add the remaining broth and stir carefully as it heats and thickens. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish.
