Red Beans And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground sausage
    1 lb. smoked sausage, cut up
    2 cans red beans
    2 c. instant rice or 2 c. cooked rice
    2 c. water
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper or your own taste
Preparation
    Saute pepper and onion in large skillet.
    Add ground sausage and brown.
    Drain fat.
    Add other ingredients and spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 375\u00b0 with Minute rice.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 with cooked rice.
