Beer Batter For Seafood - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 bottle stout or ale beer
3 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
Preparation

Place flour and egg into mixing bowl and mix enough to break up egg.
Slowly add beer, mixing vigorously until all lumps are dissolved.
Add in Old Bay seasoning and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow gas from beer to escape.
If batter seems too thick, water may be added slowly for proper consistency.
