Copper Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. apple
    cider vinegar
    salt and pepper as desired
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Cook carrots; cool.
    Chop onion and pepper; add to carrots (do not cook).
    Heat soup, sugar, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and oil.
    Refrigerate.
