Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked elbows
    3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, chopped
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, chopped
    1 small can stewed tomatoes, drained
    6 to 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In top of double boiler, melt oleo.
    Add flour and stir until smooth.
    Add milk; stir constantly until slightly thickened.
    Add Velveeta and Cheddar cheese.
    Stir until melted.
