Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 or 3 small bananas, sliced
1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Blend first 5 ingredients well in large bowl, then add all other ingredients.
Stir only by hand until well mixed.
Pour into a greased tube or Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
Cool 1 hour before removing from pan.
