No Bake Cherry Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 1/2 c. boiling water (I use 2 c. and then add a tray of ice cubes to make 3 1/2; it thickens faster)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can cherry pie filling
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into a 9 x 13 pan.
